Please define what you mean by "duplicate an account". An account object
doesn't have a lot of data in it: a name, a type, a currency/commodity, a
parent.
If you want to also duplicate all the transactions in an account, the only
way to do that would be to export the current contents and (re)import them
into the new account --- but I don't understand why you would want to do
that?
