Me again., I'm guessing you haven't applied for or setup an Alphavantage api key - Edit >> Preferences >> online quotes since the following is the result I get if I remove mine :-)
You need to go to https://alphavantage.co/support/#api-key and register for a free account to get an api key then update it in prefs. Cheers David H.
