At one time I used computer software called PocketSense to DirectConnect and 
download data but many financial institutions have abandoned DirectConnect and 
also OFX format as well. Citibank and Fidelity are still supporting 
DirectConnect with OFX format.

https://sites.google.com/site/pocketsense/home/msmoneyfixp1 which I still use 
concat OFX formatted files and then in one fell swoop import ....

Recently Vanguard discontinued DirectConnect from what I can tell as well 
although you can still download QFX formatted file.

I regularly use "Web Connect for Quicken 2018 and above" with BoA checking and 
savings accounts. You do have to download a separate QFX file for each account 
though.
