It’s not possible. There are however several free-text fields: Description and Notes on transactions and Action and Memo on each split. You can assign any of them to retain extra information. There’s no way to combine columns into a single field in GnuCash, though you could do that easily enough in a preprocessing step using a spreadsheet program.
