It looks to me that the "discrepancy" results from some earlier month's reconcilliation. You can see that the GC "starting balance" (not stored, but computed dynamically, AIUI) has the 0.02 difference already. Finding it may be hard, depending on how many months / transactions there are, but basically manually de-reconcile all and then go month by month until you find it. Others may have other suggestions or refinements. OR you can just put a 0.02 correction txn into the account and move on.
