My Rotary Club has an associated Charitable Trust which is to be wound up on 30th June and replaced by a “SCIO” (Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation) on 1st July, which will reduce the personal liability of the office bearers.
As far as Gnucash is concerned, the two organisations are identical. What I would like to do is to make a copy of the Trust and rename it, then delete all transactions, leaving the accounts themselves intact and allow me to use a number of Saved Reports I’ve put together over the years in the new environment. An internet search suggested using “Settings -> Transactions -> Delete All.” to achieve this, but this option is not available on my Mac running version 5.11 of GNC. Is there another way to achieve the bulk-delete?
