Thanks, Michael. I checked the SHA on that file in the machine I uploaded it 
from and you’re correct, the correct SHA256 is 

9ca8dbd0749212bcab3d986b8c5e39d11fd2a3f734430c1a06d931968175364e  
gnucash-5.12.setup.exe

I’ve fixed it in all three locations online.
