Hello John
I have been using GnuCash for a Non Profit.  Over all, working great.  I
learned a lot over the year.  We are starting a new Fiscal Year.
I prefer to start a new year with GnuCash.  I know how to save my chart of
accounts.  But how do I start with a fresh GnuCash for this fiscal Year?  Like
a blank slate, then load my chart of accounts, Then add the current account
balances . I just need help starting.
I am using Version: 5.8,  Build ID: 5.8+(2024-07-06)  Do I need to update?

One more thing about GnuCash 5.12. We added gvfs to the filesystems list to
fix bug 799251 and that apparently requires a Flathub admin to bless it. I
trust that will happen some time tomorrow.
