I too would like to revert to the previous behavior.

This will just confuse end users receiving invoices as they will not understand 
why there is more than the penny decimal place.

It looks odd like it is a mistake on the invoice.

I hope I haven't caused any offense by suggesting this is anything other
than my own misunderstanding. I would appreciate any help to either
achieve my aim or understand why it is not achievable.
