In that case I think you have an entry -- might be hidden -- in that account somewhere that is part of the total that cannot be seen or otherwise ...
You might be able to find the errant entry like this: - Double click on the account from CoA window to open the account register - In the account register, click on "View" -> "Filer By" - Click on the "Status" tab in the "Filter Notes & reminders by ..." window - If all options are checked then uncheck the "Reconciled" and click the 'OK' button.
