Your Gnucash file is just a data file. Unlike a other programs, there's
no format difference based on operating system. The only thing you'll
have to worry about perhaps is how the program looks, and from what I
remember, you'll want to copy over any reports you have customized. I'm
sure others will chime in if there are any other considerations. You
could also take a look at the Wiki and see if there's any advice on the
topic.
