Move the .gnucash file to wherever you want on OneDrive. You may want to move the .gnucash.date&time.gnucash and .log files, but new ones will be generated anyway. I have a folder on OneDrive just for those files.
I also set the GNC_DATA_HOME environment variable to point to a (different) folder on OneDrive, so my layout and saved reports are common across the different machines. These are the files that by default are in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\GnuCash.
