Mike,

Those aren't dates, they are labels and aren't functioning to limit the time-series of the data included in the report. They function as 'names' of the period. Thus, 1/1/25 would be for the period beginning on that date. An alternative would be to use the names of the months, but since you can customize periods, that wouldn't always work. (you might use 5 week periods, or quarterly, etc.)

There is no setting to specifically change this otherwise. If you really have a need to do so, the suggested method is to export to a spreadsheet app for further manipulation. You can do this via the export function and then open the resulting file in a spreadsheet (usually 'insert from file' will work, but you can open it directly) or copy-all/paste from the report window into a spreadsheet.

Regards,
Adrien

Dear All.

I produce a report monthly that has the following headings:

      Budget Report: 2025 Budget

     01/01/2025 to 01/07/2025     01/08/2025     Total

Bgt     Act     Diff     Bgt     Act     Diff
     Bgt     Act     Diff

As you can see above (if the tabs are maintained) My budget is called the "2025 Budget" The columns I have set up are the BAD (Budget actual and diff) for all the closed past periods to date (columns 1,2 &3)
The actual period (In this case August) and the total YTD.

Please tell me how I can change the date to the END of the current perid (31/08/2025) instead of the BEGINNING of the current period. (01/08/2025)
