In the report options, you can select the currency under commodities tab. make sure you have enabled currency rates update in the system.

The pesos show up but are converted to dollars and the totals show in dollars. We are running version 4.6 on an English language Windows 11 computer. We changed the default currency to MXN but the reports still come out in dollars.
