That’s been reported as https://bugs.gnucash.org/show_bug.cgi?id=799670. It seems to have been due to something in Mingw64 that’s since been corrected and users have reported that it’s not a problem on nightly builds (from https://code.gnucash.org/build/win32/stable) after October 25 so I suggest that you try that.
