I have a couple of observations. The income account is in CHF, so did it ask for the exchange rate when you entered the amount? Is it reflecting CHF 218.156 (equivalent to EUR 203.88)? The same issue applies to the shipping cost: you are entering EUR 10, which, when applying your exchange rate, should reflect CHF 9.35 (EUR 10).

CHF 454 were equivalent to EUR 485.77 - reflected in the first line after the green line on the 03.12.2025. I zeroed the asset value of the "Ibanez AD202" by decreasing 271.88 EUR from it (I don't own it anymore, so it's zero value in my assets now). The remaining amount had to be split in CHF 10.- for the shipping, which I paid by credit card, and the rest would be my earning. I wrongly selected the account "Expenses:Post:Shipping costs of sales" instead of "Liabilities:Credit Card". Now when I change this account to the correct one, the 10.00 amount will appear as CHF 9.35 instead - see here: [image: image.png] --> [image: image.png] Why is this and how can I correct it?
