I haven't done more than enter a few transactions yet, but I updated
from 5.13 to 5.14 under Ubuntu Studio 24.04 LTS without problems and it
seems to work fine.

Fedora Core 42 Linux on Intel x86_64 upgraded from 5.13 to 5.14 with
no issues.
That was done as part of my weekly normal "dnf update"
