GnuCash 5.13 crashes when it uses the Transfer Dialog, including for obtaining prices/exchange rates on multi-commodity transactions so it’s highly likely that that’s what’s happening here. Unfortunately it looks like neither Dmitry nor Ji have built 5.14 yet so your options are to downgrade to 5.12 or use flatpak.
