As John Ralls says, it's "Create in advance" on the Overview tab.
I use this for my social Security and annuity checks, both of which are direct deposited to my Checking Account account. That lets me see both the payments I've scheduled using my bank's Bil Pay, and the known income, so that I can see whether I will have a shortfall and will need to transfer money from savings. Create in advance takes only a positive number of days, so you can have a transaction post before its date, but not after.
