Raymond, I don't think the ability to order the budgets in the Budget Open dialogue has been implemented at this stage. I created new budgets to try and test how it is ordered. It seems to be the most recently created first and then in alphanumerical order. I was using the years for the period in the form e.g. 2025-26 in the hope that that would place them in order but when I added a few more periods they were not sorted and the most recent was not first in the list either.
I would report a bug with a feature request to implement ordering the list alphanumerically by the name or by the creation date. If you have difficulty doing this let me know and I will submit one.
