Welcome to GnuCash,
I note two red flags asking for personal contact:
1. You do not give us your name.
2. Your handle and e-mail address are similar to a real company in
Texas, but you use a generic Gmail address here instead of the branded
domain e-mail that is on their website.
Maybe clear those up and someone may be able to help in that fashion.
Otherwise, yes, the official documentation, while generally accurate,
can be a bit tough to follow for new folks.
Perhaps ask single specific questions here to the list and maybe we can
provide some easier to follow steps. Folks here are very good and
patient with explaining things.
Regards,
Adrien

hi all ive been picking thru setting up VER 5.11 on my win11 machine for
several weeks.
while ive completed some routine tasks and found some great user videos of
work around for things clearly not addressed in the help menus and
documentation.
being a bit dyslexia reading and shuffling back and forthe from written
help to the actual program makes following along very hard.
so im requesting some phone help and im willing to pay for that help. im
fairly organized and know where things are in the program.
just need someone to walk me thru some of the more complicated procedures..
things i solved was
setting up the company
importing my transactions from bank (manually) ill set up the automated
part if this program actually can work for me.
importing credit card transactions.
