I could be wrong - but what I think Roger is asking for is to increase the font size in GnuCash. This has been asked and answered many many times here on the list. It is also listed in the GnuCash documentation.

Here is what you need to do. You need to edit the CSS file and change to the font and size you want. In Windows, the file is located:

Users\(yourusername)\appdata\Roaming\GnuCash folder. The file name is gtk-3.0.css. Edit the file using a text editor. The contents should look like this (as an example -- this is what I use):

* {font: 14px verdana, arial, sans-serif;}

If you want it larger it would be 16px or larger. Smaller of course would be 12px or smaller. I like the verdana font and I like 14 point-- you can chose whatever font you like. Make sure to place the * at the front and enclose everything in { }. That's it.

Roger, perhaps I can help.

If you like, reach out to me via my website, it has my phone number on it.

My eyesight is growing a bit dim. I find myself struggling to see the
numbers in the journal. Any suggestions? Thanks
