Clicking the column doesn't mass change transactions.

I'd say you are either viewing an opposing register in basic mode, or you did something else entirely to produce that result.

Figuring that out is likely the best bet.

Otherwise, just do a new reconciliation and mass-select them all. That should only take a few clicks.
