Account names and autofill are not case sensitive, as far as I can see. Certainly when I type a lower-case "c" in an account field, the account names that begin with upper-case "C" appear. Can you explain more about what makes you think they're not case-independent? Please consider if a screenshot would make things clearer, and if so please make it an attachment, not an inline image. (The mailing list strips off inline images, but attachments come right through.)
