Yes, that's how I got here.  Perhaps I should have said that.   I 'exported 
accounts' to make a new instance of that same set of books but without any 
transactions in it
It works well but for me it doesn't match accounts well and I found I have to 
manually fix every destination account of the batch import.  That is the main 
reason for wanting to reuse an existing rather than do a new 'export accounts'. 
 :)
