Someone recently said that transactions cannot be in a Placeholder account.
I have had it happen to me doing an Import of a QIF file.

The old Quicken file COA cannot match the GnuCash COA.
I need to edit where GnuCash is putting the transactions during the Import
process.
(but do not always notice which ones need to be edited).
