Found an odd one.  When transferring from a cash account into a stock
account (doing this in the cash account), in the dialog box that pops up to
capture the conversion rate, sometimes I accidentally put in the number of
shares with a sign opposite to the cash amount.  The dialog box somehow
realizes this is probably not what I want, and uses the positive conversion
rate when the transaction is entered.  However, the conversion rate that is
captured in the price database is the incorrect negative one.

Version 5.15 under Windows 11.
