Found an odd one. When transferring from a cash account into a stock account (doing this in the cash account), in the dialog box that pops up to capture the conversion rate, sometimes I accidentally put in the number of shares with a sign opposite to the cash amount. The dialog box somehow realizes this is probably not what I want, and uses the positive conversion rate when the transaction is entered. However, the conversion rate that is captured in the price database is the incorrect negative one.
