You have single-transaction-split in effect and your cursor is in the transaction row of the split transaction. Since that particular row doesn’t have an account or reconciled column—they belong to the splits in that view—the headings change to reflect that row’s contents. Select one of the splits and the header will show the account and reconcile columns in the split.
There are two ways to get single-transaction-split view: If you have View>Auto-split ledger selected then the selected transaction will switch from basic to Split View. If you have View>Basic-Ledger selected and click the Show Splits button then the currently-focused transaction will switch to Split View.
