I suggest you start a new thread saying what you thought you were going
to do once you managed to compile gnc on win.
Two threads are likely to follow:
1. you want to write to gnc files
2. you want to read from gnc files

It must have gone to my spam folder. I added a whitelist rule
to make sure no future messages do.
