Adrien, Running from the accounts window it shows all 'Doctors & Dentists' expense for those dates. I only want to see those from a specific credit card account. When I tried to use both accounts it showed no transactions.

I agree with not using a date window at first. They could have been entered incorrectly. OP still hasn't stated *from* where the Find was run.
