Couple of notes:

In the direct download links, the links to the Mac packages and the documentation package on github should be in the 5.17 directory not 5.14. *Not Found* response as written; finds the files if corrected.

Those who use winget to update software in Windows 10-11 should see 5.17 offered within a day or 2 since it's on github. Thank you!

To compile GnuCash from the source code by yourself, you will need at least 
Gtk+ 3.22.30, Guile 2.0, Boost 1.67, WebKitGtk 2.4, GoogleTest 1.8.0, cmake 
3.14.5 and SWIG 2.0.12. Please consult the README.dependencies file in the 
sources for the exact list of dependencies and versions.

documentation can be found under "GnuCash v5 (current stable release)" in
