+++++++++ I noticed today a problem when running the release 2.3.5 (X)INETD script at one of the sites I monitor: # nc ????.com 3495 Use of uninitialized value in split at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/Cwd.pm line 103. LnOpkhtlRq This appears to happen because the $PATH variable is not set when the script is run. This does not happen on my machine. In any case, the Cwd.pm module is no longer used! However the line including its code was still in the dbusers_flat.pm script. This line must cause the problem. So I have removed it. If you are using release 2.3.5, please update your /usr/local/gnudip/lib/dbusers_flat.pm script. -- Creighton MacDonnell http://macdonnell.ca/ -- GnuDIP Mailing List http://gnudip2.sourceforge.net/#mailinglist
