I agree. It's worth noting, however, that we already have a web TODO
page which is syncronized by pointing into the CVS browser. On the
other hand we have two copies in the sources; the top level TODO file
and in the docs. One could also consider keeping it in the sources but
only updating it for stable releases, and have a pointer to the wiki
page for up to date information.
