This series of patch activates the standard autotools features needed
for cross-compilation support, then tackles the particular issue of
dealing with programs that are built to be run on the host during the
build.

Since there is no official way of doing that in current autotools I
had to cheat a little, but I believe this is clean enough for
submission.

Note that I also submitted[1] to openembedded a bitbake recipe making use
of this patches, so a number of embedded distributions should soon be
able to ship gnugo at last :)

Also note that I am working on a multi-game GUI program[2] (mainly
targetted to embedded systems as wall) which is gaining go support,
and already has some support for gnugo through GTP.
