Can you send the original SGF file? Also, can you provide a bit more information on the instance of GNUGo you were running?
- Where did it come from? - Did you compile it, or was it already compiled? - Were you running from the GUI, a command prompt, or Cygwin? - If Cygwin, what version are you running?
