Clinical Functions:
- add health issues , S O A P items, allergies, medication (using the old drugref data), vaccinations
- vital signs aren't working yet ( on the current schema)
-printable record should work.
Where do I find all these?
the SOAP dropdown list, the link and the new episode checkboxes changes
the style.display from block to none of html div elements in the page, so that
new parts of the form are shown (this is about the only javascript I know ;)
