"The *HL7 SDK* is an open source platform for enabling healthcare applications to build and parse HL7 V3 messages based on specific schema definitions. It provides the ability to perform vocabulary validation of the RIM structural attributes and integrates with other NCICB caCORE components, such as caDSR and EVS. This supports NCICB's mission of developing a translational research infrastructure and building a clinical research network by providing a common platform for sharing data. This contains downloads for the binary and source code for the following: HL7 SDK, HL7 JavaSIG, HL7 CTS software; Javadocs for HL7 SDK, HL7 JavaSIG and HL7 CTS software; Release Notes, README file, Quick Start instructions; HL7 message schemas, example messages, and the license."
