these message lines I think are for PRIVATE1 or bastardizations of HL7V2.3 instead of using ORC. This type isn't present in the pathNet code.
May have to accomodate whatever hl7 parser used in gnumed for local module mappings
that say , for example, read PV1 lines after MSHs , and map to where ORC was mapping to.
