Where are these people coming from?
I asked one person off-list. It is possible they might rather not be identified, so here is an excerpt of their reply:
...College student.. studying IT. We are modelling a basic Medical Record in Java with Servlets/Tomcat/JSP's (technology for web delivery). I was doing some research into this problem area, and was amazed at the possible scope such a tool might achieve!
