Generally high level modules or functions of the software (e.g. User interface, Configuration Manager, etc)
and
Item Group
Characterizes the nature of the item (e.g. Crash Error, Documentation Typo, Installation Problem, etc
We may want activated a few of the optional fields may be useful
- which? priority, release version?
