There is combo drop down in gender, should work (see country combo
'trick'? ).

It accept states you have dumped to backend inbootstrap process. Eg. if
you bootstrap spanish support,
you will be able to use 'Barcelona' as state.
auto-search on country has quite a time lag
It doesn't seem matter of time: if you write 'Spa' (three letters) the
combo appears (but you can't see all the options), and then you write
'i', 'Spain' is shown and selected in the combo... Seems some kind of
improving need to be done... Can anyone reproduce this behaviour?
End result is the record won't save because of STATE.
The whole address relies on town -> state, so you need to select a state
that exists in your backend, as commented before.
