I did not think there would be a country not having
"provinces". But, hey, on second thought, there will be
quite a few. Just think of city-states. Anyways, is the
South/North distinction used at all in NZ ? IOW, would it be
strange for people to *have* to select "South Island" vs
"North Island" when entering an address ?
