Jim, would it not be less trouble and less error-prone (IOW requiring less of your precious time) to have 3 disks and one drive bay:
- install Windows XP on one removable disk - install Sarge on the other removable disk - put a shared partition on the 3rd, fixed disk (2 would do but you would lack the shared partition) FAT32 is likely a good candidate for the shared disk.
