If you are hinting at a MDW importer, much of the work I have done already (imports plain dbf records), but since I could not get any documentation for the FlexFile 3 format they use for memo files, I got stuck there and put it on hold years ago. I am happy to dig for my code scraps for you if you want to continue with this.
