You can find them here: http://twiki.gnotary.de/gm-apidocs/ http://twiki.gnotary.de/gm-schemadocs/ gm-schemadocs contains database dumps for GNUmed as well. Those can be used to build a database if bootstrap fails. Nevertheless I strongly recommend bootstrapping over db-dumps.
