gmPG.py::ConnectionPool now has
get_connection_for_user(user=, password=, ...)
which allows to connect to the appropriate database for a
given service with credentials given in the function call
(as opposed to those established at client startup).
This allows to get a connection for gm-dbo no matter which
user started the client - given the user knows the password
for gm-dbo - in order to call "select gm_create_user()" such
that new GNUmed users can be created from within the GUI.
