Well, that's quite cheap to put the files in the right
place of a Debian archive and ask the user to call a script.
But this does not help a user. He could do the same with
a tar archive.
b) create a deb *utilizing db-common-config*
This is more or less required to make a package that
is usefull for end users and I guess it takes 50 hours
(maximum 100 hours) of work for a person only
slightly known with Debian packaging. What should the
person do in the remaining time of the three month?
