I did tidy a few pages, and linked ExternalPatientImport to the page

I noted that ExternalPatientImport does, at its bottom, say
For technical details regarding implementation of the patient
demographics
interface see the source or the Developer Guide
... though I think there is nothing in the guide. I can remove that
reference, or be sent a few lines that I can add to the Guide. But
either way, was the approach taken consistent with
