Menuitem Patient => enlist as staff pops up a window to enlist the current
patient as staff member.
If "enlist" is hitted, a Xdialog inputbox requesting the gm-dbo password
opens under the enlist-as-staff window. The only way to see it is to
minimize the main gnumed window. Would be nice, if the Xdialog box popped
up ontop of the enlist-as -staff window, An other, in my eyes better
solution would be to enter the gm-dbo password directly into the
enlist-as-staff window rather than using the Xdialog inputbox.
