That's really great. It will be a blessing to those practices who
want to maintain some idea of what is in their paper chart without
having to convert it all to electronic. Examples include a better
ability to know whether to recall a chart that had been sent to
offsite storage as where (date wise) to look within a chart.
I am sure no-one will question those phone calls when it was
important to find that consultation or report that you are sure
exists on paper in the chart but without knowing nearly to the day
the date of that report the finding of the paper can be like the
needle in the haystack.

I think you have a point here. Will do. The backend readily
supports it anyway.
